"Poppy Triptych" - oil painting
Oils on three seperate canvasses.
I describe these paintings as ‘tube’ paintings to my students. The paint is squeezed directly onto the canvas – straight out of the tube – like icing a cake…
Then the paint is gently moved with a brush or, even better, fingers!!!
Messy… but heaps of fun to do!!! Lots of laughs as paint inevitable ends up on noses, brows and chins as well!

Wow..haven’t seen this type of work in ages (mainly because it cost a fortune..) hehehehe.. My next door neighbor used to make this type of work with chewed bubble gum (very weird but very fun) ... this is just amazing.. GREAT WORK!!!
