Letter “G” Challenge.

I felt like doing something different for a change…using a tripod, indoors, and everything one colour. It is amazing how individual items change their colours according to the light provided.

The background is an emerald green satin fabric. Not even a flash would give me the exact shade. This was my closest choice.

The wizard in a green costume has gold flecks, the lizard’s base colour is turquoise with green painted over top to highlight his scales.

The crystals are all green: Malachite in raw and tumbled; green Obsidian; raw green Chrysocolla & Chrysophrase; green Aventurine, Calcite, raw Emerald etc.

Canon EOS 400D
f5.6, 0.6 sec, ISO 400, focal length 55mm
Tripod used. No flash used.
