The very moody Reynisfjara Beach located near the town of Vik in Southern Iceland. Managed to get a soaking here from one of the very unpredictable and powerful waves. This has been converted to black and white but due to the weather and the natural black basalt beach there was very little colour in the original either. November 2011.
Canon 5d Mark II on tripod, EF16-35 2.8 L II. Processed with Raw, Photmatix and Photoshop. 0.8s +/-2, f20, iso100, 16mm.
