?EVER - In the Gallery of Caravans by

Mixed media work using oil paint, oil medium, spray paint, resin, and acetate. This is based on the Caravan Man series featuring Diablo (man or monster?) which is shown hanging on the gallery walls in the background. This scene deals with relationships. The 2 main characters are in the middle of an intense exchange and we as the viewer have just come in on the conversation. Did she say ever, never, forever , fever ? This painting is 1.8metres x 0.9 metres and includes 3 dimensional oils, resin, photographic paper and spray paint.

This is so fantastically incredibly awesome

  • Thanks pinkyjain. Appreciate the comment. This one was hard work physically and time wise. The first night of the exhibition it was in, one woman threatened to eat it – due to it being chunky and colourful.

That would certainly had been a disaster

  • I pointed out the toxic issues leading to medical complications and this put her off her appetite. Disaster avoided.

  • Thanks for that. Just sold the original last week. Just at a point where I thought I would bring it back from the gallery becasue I wanted to hang it on my wall and then someone bought it.

very cool… love the colours, the focus points…

  • Thanks for the comments. Had fun with the colours, especially when related to perception of skin colour. Appreciate the feedback.
