I thought it might be fun to post a before image of the hospital room. I love making shiny and clean look old and abandoned. Each wall and door has it’s own texture overlay, as well as two textures on the floor and a final texture to top the whole piece. Much better don’t you think? Muhahaha….

    the textural detail, color and light is fantastic and very much adds to the overall ambience of the piece and the message you’re trying to convey. Even without looking at the title, I would have gotten it. It’s that strong an emotion that shows through.

    Only you would see Silent Hill lol. Yes, it is very Silent Hillish isn’t it. =D
    Btw, my favorite games of all time and one of my top movies as well. When I make any darker pieces, they all inadvertently seem to end up looking like something from a Silent Hill game lol. Delighted that you like this. Thanks so much Zombie!! ((hugs))

    That before and after shot.. Just shows how far out of my league I was to compete with you!...Amazing work. Love the atmosphere you’ve captured here. You must have quite an imagination too, to see the final image as you want it to look! That’s the sign of a true artist.. being able to capture the image you had in your head and put in down on paper or pixel,as in this case! :) Great work!
