Capturing a moment for whatever reason is important to me and mine….after all, what happens now is history a few minutes on.

I went to art college, did my foundation year and found a friend through the press of a button and the ‘B’ side of a camera. I still have my 35mm format cameras, i just don’t use them as much – digital gives more leeway for mistakes.

I am a 51 year old mother/wife/housemanager/admin/experimental photographer and a little bit of everything to everybody, but most of all I aspire to create a moment in time.

Clouds draw me, trees pull me in and water calms me, this is reflected somewhat in my images.

“And the days are not full enough
And the nights are not full enough
And life slips by like a field mouse
Not shaking the grass.”

Ezra Pound

The above means that my memory card is never full enough of everything i wish to see, take with me, may like my friends to see or to hold forever, whatever that time may be.

Hope this is fine as a direction, I have made many friends and been inspired by many images here -> www.flickr.com/maccer
