doing a little work tonight…
i have been working on a wedding menu… a very intimate setting and i thought the simplicity of this meal paired with the sweet flavors would be perfect..for one of the courses….

How you have presented and photographed this is simply scrumptious and mouthwatering! This happens to be one of my favorite dishes…and raw is the only way to eat fish (well, for me anyway). :-)
