Estelle Asmodelle’s ART .

I love to paint and take digital photos. My work is contemporary and eclectic. My painting ranges from abstract expressionism to figurative expressionism, while my digital work is usually a highly manipulated form of photo realism.

Photographically: I often take photos of myself and rework them to produce either an emotional or imagery response. I use many different programs to gain a unique look with the pieces. Many of the pieces are erotic, yet non-explicit. I have won several awards for my designs and work as a web designer. I’ve done some modelling, and through doing so, have decided I have a different view of the world, and myself and it is this vision I try to reflect in my digital photos.

Artistically: I often reflect an artistic viewpoint in a highly abstract manner. Usually I work on large canvas pieces that draw in the observer, rather than being viewed from outside. I like to think of my abstract works as reflective to an observer’s ideas and emotions. I love to work with bright colours and plenty of white, making my work abstract and demanding. It is not really possible to appreciate my painting unless you see them as they are big.
