This morning I am just so frustrated with insurance companies and legal systems.
My son is quite ill from back injury he received while at work over 2 years ago.
He has already had one surgery which they delayed for over a year and as a result
of that delay he needs another surgery. He will never be able to run again. Right
now he is in constant pain and he can not even bend down. He’s only 27 and his
life has been put on halt indefinately. The insurance company keeps denying the
surgery and won’t even give a reason. “just contact your lawyer” The lawyer says
dont call here there are thousands just like you it takes time. Time for what?
How long does it take to say “Approved”?

Did you every see “Rainmaker”? This sounds similar. I am sorry that you are going through this. I do hope things are resolved for you.

How sweet of you. Yes I did see “Rainmaker”? And yes this is very similiar. Its just
so sad that the boy had to die. You see if they had operated when first adivised by
“their dr” my son would be normal. They never operated. He finally got financial aid
and scheduled the operation himself 1/2 years later. Now the damage is even worse
because of their putting things off.
