We were snowed in in Samarina [ northern Greece] this weekend and went for a walk – these ponies were just wandering around the village!! February 2012. Featured in “Simply Horses”.
I didn’t know it snowed in Greece! Poor ponies. They look cold even though they have their winter coats on.
Yes May – -we were in Samarina in the north part of Greece and were walking around the village as we had been snowed into the hotel and unable to reach the ski slopes – in some places it was nearly 6ft deep! It was just lovely though……………
