Yes, it would lovely on Granny’s bedside table at the hospital as she recovers from her anxiety attacks which by bizarre coincidence started to occur on her birthday, plus, it would be great publicity for me…

Granny is is hospital not because of anxiety attacks-she’s a bit too fond of partying and has developed a fondness for chrystal meth and absinthe, while paragliding.
One of these days, it’s going to end in tears…........

the portrait is graphite? it looks so realistic, like a photo, this reminded me of a middle eastern woman in a burka trapped behind a wire fence at first, youre a very talented artist.

thanks you..the face is graphite(darkest bits have acrylic on top) the rest of him is graphite with acrylic over the top, and the broken screen effect is a photograph overlay/blend in ps. There’s not a great deal of artistry involved in this one.I’m kind of wishing I’d painted the whole thing now instead of using ps.Would have been interesting trying to get the texture of the screen happening.Alas,there was ps, all easy and drama free so this is it.:-)
