Midnight In the Garden

I had a conversation with Roy Barry forever ago, in which he stated there was no such thing as a cool gnome.
I was intending to make a gnome to prove him wrong, but so far drawing one is as far as I got.
If he looks familiar, he should ;D/
There are deeper expressions within this drawing but they are not mine to reveal.
I sent the original and this is the only photograph I have.
I don’t have ps and if i try to crop the corner out she’ll lose her head :
apologies for the quality of the image.perhaps the recipient will be kind enough to rephotograph it for me? :-D

it’s nice to put a fairly substantial drawing up so people can see I actually do do more than photography and doodles from time to time.

3 blankets and two hotwater bottles later I was toasty.And it’s just the start of winter! I don’t seem to do much painting and drawing these days..more assemblage type stuff, but I’m missing it and needing to get back to it, or else what limited skill I did have is going to fade away.I’m working on an assignment that involves a bit of painting.Has to be in in about 5 weeks so stay tuned :-)

thankyou!!that was the whole idea behind doing it in the first place..I have yet to make a sculptural version of a cool gnome..though I think gnomes are such an icon now that they’ve gained their own unique brand of coolness
