Emotional Elevation

In this series of paintings I have illustrated a story about a wonderland. As you will notice, every picture features a ball – a companion to the unknown world, where one can find fulfilment, happiness and peace of mind.

These companions look for the chosen. They come to those, who lock themselves in their routine and cannot see the beautiful anymore. They come to those who see the beauty, but are trapped by their everyday lives. They take them to the world, which any of us at least once has longed for. They take them to the world where their undreamed dreams fulfil, where everything looks so much like their wonted world, however the feeling of cheerfulness and joy does not leave them. Everything looks so much like their wonted world, however feels so much brighter and better.

From time to time we remember the past, the good and bad. However, I believe that more often we retain the good. How often do we see the good in our lives? I think that enough; however we do not always share it with others. This is the reason why I have decided to depict happiness, so that I can share my inside world with people who surround me, including you. When I think of my ideas, I think a lot about reality, about how people see and feel it, and how their inside world can influence their perception of reality, so the worldview.

Therefore my story is about human wishes in the real world.
