Technical details – Pentax K10D 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 Focal length: 45 mm Shutter Speed: 1/125 sec Aperture: F7.1 Sensitivity: 125 Time taken: 14 Dec.2011 5:39:37 am. Handheld. This is a ‘softer colour’ and lightened version of the original raw file, with post editing done in CS2. Work inspired by the recall of the beautiful atmospheric yet often dramatic/energetic scenic works of C18th English artist/painter William Turner.
Thanks so much Bette. Glad I took the effort to get down so early to the wharf to capture what nature was offering for I had a hunch the grey overcast skies (wet season) would soon be overshadowing our landscape.
Wow, wow and wow! Wonderful NY surprise and honoured for this work to be featured in All Countries ~ Wetlands, Ponds, Lakes and Rivers. Thanks so much Ian.
