Four Element Symphony ~ Flying Fish Point by

Evening tide is in. While heading back to Innisfail after an all weekender art workshop at the ‘Point’, this view was indeed a stopper! Best viewed large

You are looking towards the shoreline of the little township called The Coconuts and if you look close enough, one can see the tip of Mt Bartle Frere (famous landmark as highest mountain in Queensland) in the far distance.

Viewed from Flying Fish Point, Far North Queensland, Australia.

My “creative art practice” may be be succinctly summed up in the following fantastic metaphorical quote by Kandinsky:
~ “Colour is the keyboard, the eyes are the harmonies, the soul is the piano with many strings. The artist is the hand that plays, touching one key then another to cause vibration of the soul.”

    Wow! Excellent shot! Fantastic colors!

  • Thanks Kim. I just had to pull over regardless of the very limited narrow parking space at a T Junction on the side of a hill to take a few shots of that sky!
