where she seemed to hold the chain enslaving Kira.

where she hesitantly tries to console and encourage Kira.
Perhaps she was right to be hesitant, she seemed to have out-lived her usefulness. Was she not mechanical enough? did she neglect her duties? maybe her duties became obsolete, and she with them…Her mechanical mind, unexperienced in human relations, is puzzled – a flower is not enough?
