Sir Robert Fossett’s travelling circus was one of the last still operating into the early eighties in England and had the largest fleet of ex-military vehicles of any circus at the time. Among them were three AEC Militants, two 6×4s and one 6×6 and this 1952 example is a 6×4 with a box body.

    Beautiful job, Mike. The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus is in Charleston, S.C., USA
    next week. Some of it comes by truck and some of it comes by train. They still parade the elephants from the rail yard to the Coliseum. It is a sight to see.
