This Foden S20 of Robson’s of Carlisle is seen at the famous Jungle cafe situated on the notorious incline of Shap where weather conditions like this were not un-common. The Jungle could provide extra comforts in addition to the more usual catering and bed and board available at most roadside transport cafes for the weary long-distance lorry driver many miles from home but the less said about that the better.
