Hi Friends... by Ed Moore

Hi Everyone…

Some of you are asking how I am doing, so I thought I would write to let you know I am doing fine. Divorce takes a bigger toll on a person than I expected, and it is a much longer drama than I anticipated. I suppose it goes without saying, especially in this group, that creativity goes out the window during this process, hence my absence for the last 10 months or so. I had to cancel all my art shows this past summer, but will pick them up again in 2011.

On top of it all, after moving out, I have had to move twice, but I am finally settled in a nice but small apartment. This in itself present problems because the rules of this place prevent the kind of creative work I do, so now I need to find a very small art studio that allows spray paint – lol – ah, the challenges never cease!

If you know of such a place on the San Francisco Peninsula, near Redwood City, California, please let me know. I can’t afford to pay much, and wouldn’t use it full time either…just once in a while for about 3 hours to create the backdrops. The rest can be finished in the apartment.

So these have been the challenges, and I wanted you to know. I fully intend to get back to posting on Red Bubble, but I just don’t know when. I have made a lot of friends here, and I wanted to make sure you all knew what was happening. Physically and mentally, I am pretty much back together. It has been a long struggle, but it is nearing the end, finally.
