I am talking about a time that photographers who are less than thirty cannot not know. In that time, digital photography is only an idea, photoshop is just a dream, and the magic place is called a darkroom. 36 frames in a roll, and most of them were not good enough to be worth the price of a print. No, film photography was no easy art school !
This image was made in 1991, with a Canon EOS 650, which was the first ever in the series. It had been offered to me by a “real” photographer" who upgraded to the 630 (which was the second ever in the series). This image was among the first I took as I was starting photography, and since then the passion has never left me. Thank you to share with me these “great” souvenirs.
