Just great – is this an homage to Gustav Klimt? It looks similar to some of his paintings – just love it!

  • George Paul Mi... replied

No homage to Master Klimt intended. It’s hard to explain, but the picture just kind of turned out this way as I drew it.

I am grateful for the comparison though.

    Thank you.

This is really impressive George! She must be glad with it!

That moon thing beneath reminds me of one of my own drawings with a lower
    moonlevel. Funny.

I love the girl next to the background. It’s a really great contrast, yet it fits so well. Did you use a resource for the girl?

Who’d have thought Greek gods, Art Deco and astronomy would go together so well? Lovely piece.

She has turned into a statue delicately carved out of marble in your fine hands.

Love the art deco touches too.

    What a drawing!

Exquisite! I was to illustrate Athena for a Goddess book and could not capture her balanced strength, beauty and grace. Yet, you have her essence. Would you be interested in her being published? Tiny royalty… tiny.
