I love watching these guys in Korea too… they’re so fast! ...I like watching the dumpling makers as well.. takes me so long to make dumplings and they just churn the out without even looking kk

yes, seen a guy doing this in a dirt-floored market in china .. noodles coming within 10cm of ground with each toss … he (and other patrons) absolutely confident of his ability! great picture!
