I worked on this today. It started out as an experiment using crayon wax…a nice alternative to beeswax, just not as transparent. I am in the process of completing an altered book i began last year foe an exhibit in one of our Public Lbrary’s bookcase display. I share the space with an artist friend of mine. We thought this would be a good venue for people to see outr Altered Books.
Still learning
I am stilll learning my way around this site and having a great time doing it! I see so much beautiful work here……great inspiration….I’ve been working on small things…altered art and collage… I plan on making a series or two within the next few months, one being ‘portals’, windows , doors etc. Another thought I had was a series of dog or cat collag…
New to journaling
I am new to journaling and to Redbubble. I have a blog but I don’t write in it too often….I tell a better story through art than words. My studio is very cold right now because we haven’t got heat in there yet…………..so i haven’t created much in the last 2 weeks. I am curently showing my work with a fellow artist at one of the libraries here in Ocea…
