Minerals Realgar, Gypsum Crystals,Carbon Coal, Azurite, Limonite both Ochre and Burnt Umber, and a lot of love with hard work. This is on a 22" X 30" 300 weight cold press paper. The fingerprint of this piece of paper was so responsive that it kept rocking my world of Mineral art. It had been my first work since getting Major back surgery to correct a fall that shattered my low back. That had been almost a year. and my time was going to be limited but I had been asked to start doing my art to grace the new home of a long time friend.
This one is definite my fave, such wonderful detail and composition. wow! :)
Kathie, I was told by the photographer that takes the digital impressions for my giclee’s, that I should enter the Herons in a contest. I have entered in World Canvas open juried show to be judged in Sept. wish me luck. The giclee is a 11"X14" Print on a 13"X19" format. I wiil put in the order for you. Will need your address.
