a vet Vietnam six tours, Worked for North American Rockwell, Pacific Telephone and Telegraph own business retired for the third time 2003. SSI disability three years, Started Mineral Art Dec. 2003. Galleries, Easelheads, “R” gallery, Arts Visalia, Arenas, Ryan’s of Fresno, Cafe 225, Tulare Fair, Art afaire, Fresno Museum, Show in Portland OR, and Houston TX. Have after winning over judges on my art received awards from honorable Mention to best of show. I grind natural earth minerals in a mortar and pestle, the ground minerals have the texture of talcum with its own crystals. I then grind into my material with a flat sediment stone,sticks, and all types of cloths. The finger prints of the materials give a special illusions to the Art..I am booked with commissioned works up until September 2013, but have people sign contracts to allow me to keep my Art “Wow Art”..I love my art, but along with age, maturity comes with associated disabilities. I sale giclee of my Mineral Arts, and take on new commissions, only if they are not in any rush…I always strive to come up with something new ,as with my latest Mixed Ink’s with minerals.
