I’m an artist living in upstate New York with my wonderful husband, two teenage boys, my dog Gertie, and my two cats, Mickey & Cookie. I began my career in the art field in 2004 and work in pastels, acrylics and fabric. I’ve painted murals, created fabric art, pastel paintings and street paintings. I am also a freelance graphic designer and specialize in military designs and dabble a little in web design. I love all things creative and never turn down an opportunity to work in the field of art.
Currently, I’m enrolled at the Academy of Art University persuing my BFA in traditional illustration. Many of my pastel works, murals and street paintings can be seen at my website Art by Monica”.
