*A tropical depression
From a front called a low
Starts spinning in aggression
Creating winds it will blow

It soon draws more force
From seas that are warm
Then alters it’s course
For shores it will swarm

Increasing in fury
It masks out the sky
With a violent venturi
Next to it’s calm eye

It brings the sea forth
To devour the shore
Then moves further north
tossing homes, trees, and more

It’s vigor depleted
With now only rain
The sea has retreated
Till… next hurricane*

This fractal artwork depicts the birth of a hurricane from a tropical depression in the Atlantic ocean. We have had quite an eventful hurricane season this year, and the hurricane season is still not over yet!

The fractal was rendered in ChaosPro 3.3. The gradient for the fractal was created with the gradient editor that is packaged with ChaosPro 3.3.
