This ink illustration was done on smooth Bristol board. I start by lightly drawing a pencil outline of my object and then grab my ink pens and spend several hours doodling. This “doodle style” works takes a lot of time but is fun and I love the look. Now having bugs is fun!

Thank you for looking at my work. Most of my illustrations are ink on smooth Bristol board. The “doodle style” I use takes a great deal of time but I enjoy the relaxed unknown element it provides to the work. I never quite know where my pen is going to take me beyond a very basic shape.
