LOL, I’d like to take credit for this masterpiece, but I can’t. If Vincent van Gogh were to paint a southern country scene from Tennessee, U.S.A., it might look something like this…I guess. I don’t know. I’m just speaking off the cuff. But he might… maybe… possibly…it could happen if he were alive today. If Michelangelo can paint the ceiling of a huge chapel, van Gogh can paint the back end of an antique car.

As an artist I enjoy painting and photographing segments of rural life. Country living became a new world for me back in the sixties when we moved from Chicago, Illinois to East Tennessee. I want to capture what I now see before country living vanishes… at least in my area!
