Whata vehicle! Do I have one? No. It’s not that I don’t want one. I just can’t affort to buy one. This capture was taken here in East Tennessee, U.S.A., south of Knoxville.

As an artist I enjoy painting and photographing segments of rural life. Country living became a new world for me back in the sixties when we moved from Chicago, Illinois to East Tennessee. I want to capture what I now see before country living vanishes… at least in my area!

Out to pasture? A beauty like this? I have long wanted a ‘53 D2 or D3 (I think that’s the proper designation), and this one looks great—although I won’t swear on the year or model.
