Looks like a nasty critter! I saw them live back in something like 1963 (Oh dear!). That was at the Daily Mail Schoolboy’s and Schoolgirl’s Exhibition.

I remember being terrified when I saw these on Dr. Who in the early sixties, it makes a wonderful image from the low viewpoint with the complex geometry of the pylon and power lines behind, so unique and very well captured Colin,

nice work Colin…I think the Daleks were just misunderstood and never given a chance to show their real selves…. its almost discrimintary the way they were treated and persecuted…... and in retrospec a Dalek could have made a good prime minister, or president…hang on I think one did at some stage

Love the old Daleks; how they could be defeated by putting an object in their way, and they would just run into it and back up and run into it again! The new Daleks are just silly! They can hover upstairs now! That’s not fair!

BTW, I bought my boyfriend the “Dalek survival guide” some years ago. Really funny!

Dalek! Nice!! I was terrified of them when I was very young, and of course they became one of my favorite villains as I got older. Nice perspective.
