I’ve done a little research and found that my markup was excessive for T-shirts – I noticed that several of my shirt designs had close to a thousand views and no sales… So, interpreting no sales and no feedback as to why as “too expensive” I’ve repriced to see if that makes a difference. :) — we’ll see

Its no insult for your stuff to sell after your death, it happens to the best of them.
Online art is a bit of a feck, you’re in a saturated market with a million of you in the same trough, all trying to get noticed. And if your stuff is commercial enough it’ll probably be robbed and sold in China by the truckload. The longer I think about it I become more and more sure that the universe is basically made of pure condensed irony. At least I know that and I can work with it. ;)

Perhaps I’ll start putting some of my writing up here and see where it goes. There’s so many websites that allow people to sell stuff (and I mean stuff as in anything) that I don’t expect to make much, if any off of what I post…

Well – for now at least, unless the writing you put up is already part of an image – it won’t be selling at all. There isn’t any outlet here yet for writing. It’s more a venue to get it out there where people can be exposed to it. Still – there are some very good works here. :)

For some reason I forgot to say “some of my art and writing” – I occasionally do visual arts. I have yet to find a “good” place for writing, other than self publishing.
