What I love about this image is that it immediately inspires a sense of narrative. I can’t help but read a story into it, and I want to know who the girl is, why she’s got out of the car, where the road leads to (or what is she escaping from). I really like images that engage the viewer in this way, I feel like i’m being invited into the picture and into the process of making meaning. Anyway, blah, blah, blah, just some thoughts.
Im with you DOVE.. this is a scene from either a dream or a movie.. my first thought was when David Lynch said ‘roads for me are some of the most mysterious and lonely places on earth. Theyre the transitions from old lives to new lives.’ It looks to me like some really bad is about to happen.. awesome i love it

Great shot.
There’s something utterly Aussie about this too -The Kingsie, the straight dirt road.
Yep, very nice.

Great shot, it’s like something out of a road-movie, young lovers hitting the road kicking against the establisment..
