Monaco Sunset

The tide was going out and I managed to capture the dying sunset in one of the puddles left behind by the retreating sea.

This is the first time I’ve shot in RAW, and I am not too hot on the old post processing so it has taken a whole lot of trial and error to get this looking somewhere near the way it did when I shot it last night! I don’t have photoshop so all done in Canon DPP.

Go on, give it to me straight, I can take it!.....

    This is just beautiful. Gorgeous blue tones in the water are an absolute delight and that strip of fading yellow on the horizon, breaking to cast an orange glow on that slither of cloud is superb.

    A reflection and a sunset…two of my favourite things.
    And i Think the lighting is just right as it move from dark to light from the foreground to the background.
