Percy Flea: his dreadful fate
Too terrible to contemplate!
Formidable Formicidae,
It seems, did take him home for tea.
Percy Flea was nearly three
When he became concealed;
He went out boldly, visibly
But vanished in a field.
The moral of this poem?
Consider it at length:
Never trust a kid ’round ants
Of superhuman strength.
