A handsome member of the Shield Bug family (Pentatomidae); species, the Forest Bug, Pentatoma rufipes; about 15mm long.

This was an unexpected but welcome encounter on my first morning of a weekend’s camping!

That is amazing. You must have run back to get your camera LOL We always find the most amazing moths on Toilets, I reckon because mostly it s dark in their. Fantastic image and detail ;o))
