Taking my own advice, about whores, I started this out as a painting regarding an interesting video someone had shown me once; and I moved on, past several variations which were quite good enough to be enticing, and on past several which were very prettily colored, and on to this: not so nice, not so easy to look at, not likely to be snapped up by someone who wants quick, compact feelings from their artwork, and not a reproduction or resuscitation of anything; no variations, no quibbles, no apologies.
So .. is it making love? You know who you are, and only you can tell me, because I only told you.
And, with that (this) I move past my feelings of inadequacy, unsurety ..

Yes, I shall keep it up for a while .. I understand the problems of the ego, but, you have to understand .. from my point of view, the idea of you not knowing all day, every day, what is so sparkling clear to me is just mind-boggling; and I do have to tease and cajole over that!
Seriously, thank you! See that MtnMan, above you in the comments. If you don’t know him, you should start – and vice versa for him, if he doesn’t know you. He recently posted something about a job he had before, that helped me understand you better to some extent. It was interesting and welll worth reading.
And, if he had the time and wherewithal to comment on your work, you’d know he was making his comments from the point of view of a person familiar with at least some of the same processes, to some extent.
