Some of you may remember that I designed and purchased a T-Shirt for my mother of our Star Baby who passed away in September.
When we got the shirt the printing was awful! I was so disappointed.
An email to the RB support department was responded to in a timely manner.
I was told that if they could not do a better job on the printing they would issue a full refund.
I got the replacement tee on Monday and they not only did a better job on the printing… they did an EXCELLENT job on it!
Due to serious problems on another web site I was a member of and their refusal to even acknowledge most emails sent to them, I want to make a point to everyone here on the Bubble….. If you have an issue with this site or its products they are very quick to help and set things right!! Red Bubble Rocks!
