To Bernard Lacoque – artist
I didn’t know you well, but you offered up your soul…
Thanks for every little precious thing…
This is so true…….thankyou. Forgive me for being niave but I have no idea who Bernard Lacoque is but reading this I think of my parents who I have lost – so I can relate in terms of the amount of time i have spent wondering what if? a. they were still here or b. How the hell will I cope without them. And yes, you do thank them for every precious thing they gave you while on earth.
Hi FJ…here is a posting that should help. It is such a delicate a precious place we live in :)
– Robert Knapman
We are indeed left to wonder but hopefully we are also left knowing that they are not really gone at all but live on in love, in legacies, and hopefully in us. The way we live our lives and continue to touch one another’s is a witness to those who are gone. I didn’t know Bernard either but the tributes to him that I have read tell me first that he was a warm and wonderful person and second that he will not be forgotten. Lovely tribute yourself, Robert.
So true xo
