I was doing a photo shoot for another project, but this happened…
An old derelict church building in Glebe – inner west Sydney
animal, antique, coat, derelict, dog, hat, house, old, toy
ok its kind of dingy, kind of burlesque, kind of got that cute toy factor too – this is a great piece but it cries out for a title rob!!!!….christopher xx.
Hehe thanks Chris…in a doggie kinda way :) You guys are so quick, unless I’m to slow… Upload, title, description, this and that, save. How do others do it?
– Robert Knapman
this is haunted by memories and echoes and is visually rich and beautiful………. gorgeous textures and colours robbie……… what is that brown oval thing hung on the wall………………. wonderful art………………………..b
Haha – thats a hat butch…the piece that gives the whole thing meaning lol. Love your comment.
Gorgeous image Robert, so much going on, beautiful colours, light, textures, stories. Love it.
Thanks Silvia…it’s in our favourite haunted mansion in Glebe
love the comp. textures and of cos our little hero saves the day!!
Title? Daddy’s Home!!
Hey love that title too – could it have two? Thank god for hero’s :)
It took me a while to understand the perspective of this. I wasn’t sure what the size of the dog was until I looked at the hat. And then it was fun to just look around. Where is this place? It has so much texture…
Hey Alex. Yep the perspective is odd eh? The kink in the hat doesn’t help either. Its an old derelict church rectory in Glebe – Sydney. I’ve photographed it before and got ttally spooked and havn’t been back for a year :P
awesome set up shot, well done
that place is amazing, I’d love to visit it again…..
Its amazing how much its deteriorated since last time I was there. There was a ladder to the first floor of the boarded up church – open window…I didn’t have the courage…but maybe tomorrow…with a friend .)
i thought it might be but it looks HUGH………….. b
I have a big head hehe
You have to go in there, I went in there many, many years ago, at night, it was awesome. Tread carefully!
