My pleasure – I found it such a great vid. More and more people are standing up either symbolically or putting themselves on the line. This may not happen in a school group but well…maybe it has…
this is soo cool Robert…I loved it…I just shared it on my Facebook…I studied film last year…this is what film can do, open hearts and minds…just awesome…gave me goosebumps…thanks for sharing it…x
Straight as hell myself but never ever had a problem with people being gay. LOVE is the most BEAUTIFUL thing on Earth and LOVE is ALWAYS good weather it’s alove shared between people from the same gender or different genders it really doesn;t matter! I really do not understand why some people are so afraid of gays….. I am fortunate to live in one of the most gay friendly cultures in the world. Besides some relgious wacko’s hardly anyone has had a problem with gay people overhere!
Also meant to say, I do think the world is changing, still along way to go, but at least now “Being gay” isn’t a taboo subject. People are more open and slowly day by day we are all living life together. xx
In this crazy, wacko, and often totally fucked up world we all live in, who is to say where one person may find love.
It is rare and unique and, well, damned fortuneate to find someone who loves you for who you are, and despite who you are.
Should those who hate dictate who we love? Should their fear define how we should be at peace with another person? Should their moral misdirection which perpetuates their prejudice be the reason for denying others the chance of happiness?
There should be no labels, no Gay or Straight… or somewhere inbetween… we are simply people looking to be loved and to love in return… where ever we may find that solace.
I agree with Byron, no labels, and yet at the same time sometimes it is good to have a name and a community to belong to, especially for minority sexualities. This is a great vid I’ve posted it before on facebook: they need to make an australian version, it wouldn’t be just words it would be the kids getting the shite kicked out of them, which was my experience in school and probably others too. thanks for posting this
