I’d proudly like to let you know that Alexander Edwards from Red Bubble and I have been published in the premier edition of the Sydney based Spunk magazine.

Spunk was launched last night in Sydney at a huge Mardi Gras party event. It’s soon to be made available through bookshops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Woooohoooo!

Spunk is the “the long awaited magazine which seeks to showcase the diversity and perversity of masculine and male genders. Inspired by the creativity of our own communities and frustration and boredom with mainstream and gaystream representations of ways of ‘being a man’, SPUNK wants to help build and create a platform to encourage and promote other ways of performing masculinity and male genders – ways which make us think, ways that make us act, ways that get us off. SPUNK also wants to help cultivate and nurture communities and spaces where we can play and experiment with these concepts together”.

SPUNK is a community project supported by a riot of amazing people who raised money, submitted work, selected works, helped with design, technicals, edited, proofed and encouraged. Spunk is glossy, has solid production values and will be a collectors item I’m sure of it.
