Part of a large flock of white pelicans at Lake Nakuru National Park in Kenya, Africa. Birds on the wing are not my specialty, but this flock gave me lots of opportunity to practice.

After being widowed, I needed to find something new to occupy my mind. I chose photography. That turned into an obsession, compounded by my love of the artistic license provided by Photoshop and the many other artful programs that help us explore all the facets of turning a photo into art.
