I’m in awe of the photographers who have the technical smarts of capture stop action hummingbird wings. I’m just happy that on the rare occasion that I get a shot, at least the head is sharp. I’m usually so exicited to see the new species that what few camera smarts I have go right out the window. To add to the fun—it was pouring rain for all of our hummingbird visit. You can even see the rain streaks in this shot.
