These huge rafts carried us down the Colorado River below Glen Canyon dam in northern Arizona. I’ll go on any boat, anywhere, but this trip was spectacular with the enormous red cliffs rising almost straight up from the river. Where the red reflections didn’t dominate, the water was a deep emerald green and so clear you could see the bottom as far as 20 feet down.

Thanks. Fabulous canyon and the boat puts some of it in perspective. As you can see, the other walls rise higher, but getting it all in the pic would have made the boat too small to see.
