Even the glory tide can no longer pull me in
The highest of indulgences I am no longer satisfied by
I respond to my love with a dull smile
How can I be enthused by complaisance?
I know these chemicals positive or negative are from the same core
I can conquer challenges
And still have to live once more
Fleeting happiness
Is a intolerable requiem I chant
Knowing there is no true relief while awake
I mistake music for sleep
When I can fully concentrate
Myself away from my own marginal existence
My lot on this earth is impossible
So the poet will never be satisfied while alive
Unless…
His verbal visions materialize

its either we try to create it or we are docile, and arn’t really satisfied w/ what happens to us, because we havn’t tried to manifest the things inside of us that are important.. sometimes i want to throw in the towel cus it such a big responsibilty-but there is no choice-we have to create..and u can choose to have amazing things happen in your life..

on the days i feel its pointless i always know thats how emotions work and i tell myself it will pass or write it out and know its the weather of brain
