No longer the fool

What if I’m called a fool
What if I’m just a tool

What if I’m lost
never to be found
What is the cost
for the road I am bound

Took me till now
to turn it around
Now I say wow
No longer I drown

Look me in the eye
and say it can’t be
I’ll tell you it’s a lie
for I can see
That the Lord doth cometh.

I’ve heard that the Lord doth hear.
I’ve seen that the Lord doth see.
I know that the Lord doth know.
I feel that the Lord doth feel

No longer do I stumble.
No longer do I care

So what if I’m the fool.
So what if I’m the tool.

I’d rather be the tool
that leads other to Christ
than to be the cruel
and lose my crown jewel.
