This was lunch at my sisters patio ….. whilst the spectacle of Light displayed itself with the passing of the clock…..
The feast is always a privilege reserved for the hungry eye.
Enjoy

About Light : It doesn’t matter how long we may have been stuck in a sense of our limitations …
“It doesn’t matter how long we may have been stuck in a sense of our limitations. If we go into a darkened room and turn on the light, it doesn’t matter if the room has been dark for a day, a week, or ten thousand years – we turn on the light and it is illuminated. Once we control our capacity for love and happiness, the light has been turned on.” — Sharon Salzberg (American Spritual Teacher and Author)
Thanks and yes – as simple as the food looks – it was priceless with its nourishment and energy. The body needed that nourishment and the soul fed itself too.
i’m terrific!! i’ve never felt better in my entire life…the weather is perfect here and i am in a good mood…You eat well don’t you!!? I love Indian Food!! I went to Nepal in ’97
i was into hiking, culture, and Buddhism…so i wanted to go to the Buddha’s birthplace—-never made it there as they informed me that it was just an empty lot with weeds growing on it…so i went to the Annapurna circuit…Got sick near the pass and had to turn around..
Wow – thats a journey with a purpose – but turned itself into a life time experience – and learning unfolded into events that shaped so many of your beliefs.
Thats great going. We can get lost within ourselves whilst we strive to find our Karma.
I myself have never been that side so wont know what challenges are typically expected for the inexperienced. INstincts are always sharper when we travel.
Sickness from water and food is a major hurdle most tourists and travellelrs get through the hard way. The locals would I assume be so very immune.
So what was the one major realization you suddenly came to see very clearly about life and yourself?
This journey must have been special I see. Special for oyu!
