this is a pic I took overlooking the whole antelope valley and westerm mohave desert. I was hiking in devills punchbowl area on the burkhart trail going towards the devil chair area, I took two photographs and shot them in raw and merged them in photoshop, I didn’t do anything to the pic, prtty much as is. I used my olympus e-410 shot at 14mm, f2.8 at 1/1600 sec. I used a circular polarizer to get darken the sky.
Ansel Adams inspired me to go out and take this shot this morning, I guess I wanted to become one with nature, with my subject.
