Burnham’s Low Lighthouse with its characteristic eight legs. A lighthouse was first built here during the 1800’s to warn ships of perilous sandbanks. Further along on the coast road towards Brean Down visitors can see what is known as the “High Lighthouse” this is at level of 100feet above the sea.
